Emmanuel joined the team in 2016 to lead our pre-primary team. Emmanuel is a qualified primary school teacher and an experienced head teacher with a real passion for education and a commitment to improving the quality of schooling for Tanzania’s most disadvantaged children. 

Emmanuel was promoted to Programme Director in 2023.
