Safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)

We are committed to upholding the highest standards in safeguarding. Our Safeguarding and PSEA Policies clearly outline what is expected of our staff, and how to report any concerns. It is a requirement for all staff, regardless of their role within our organisation, that they complete safeguarding training as part of their induction.

Whistleblowing 

EdUKaid promotes a culture of openness and fairness and expects all those who are associated with EdUKaid to adopt the highest standards of accountability.  Our Whistleblowing Policy is intended to protect anyone who discloses concerns from discrimination.

Code of conduct

Our code of conduct is binding on all EdUKaid staff, volunteers, trustees and associates. If anyone fails to meet these standards, they risk disciplinary action and we will refer any serious infractions to the relevant professional organisations or legal authorities.

Equality, diversity and inclusion are central to the work of EdUKaid.  Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion covers the behaviour of all people employed or volunteering in EdUKaid or using the services and sets out the way they can expect to be treated in turn by EdUKaid.
