Set on very high ground, Mwenge Primary School renovation was completed in 2013 thanks to funding from Incisive Media Foundation. 

Since then, the school has gone from strength to strength with examination results improving year on year and attendance at an all time high most recently.  

There are 74 pre-primary children and 340 primary children enrolled at the school.

The head teacher says “I am eternally grateful for you saving our school.  We now have hope and a future that we like to see for our children."

The  School Management Committee Member says “This is a very good school and my children are happy here – we appreciate the efforts of EdUKaid."

Mwenge Primary School is linked with St Osmund's RC Primary School in the UK.
