Become a Community Ambassador

What EdUKaid does inTanzania wouldn’t be possible without the incredible ongoing support that we receive in the UK, and this, we are very grateful for.

We are looking for people who have a passion for supporting educational projects, enabling some of the most disadvantaged children to access school. With your passion, and enthusiasm you can promote EdUKaid in your local community and engage new supporters. From speaking in schools and representing EdUKaid at Fete’s, to taking on your own personal challenge – we're flexible and can adapt to suit your interests, experience and the amount of time you can dedicate.

Whatever you plan to do, we are here to help and support you every step of the way.
If you have any questions or want to discuss your ideas, contact us on 017 25 514 612 or email – we would love to hear from you!

Here is what our community volunteers and fundraisers have to say…

Meet Becky who has well and truly flown the flag for EdUKaid over the last couple of years… and she’s flown that flag at the very top of Kilimanjaro!

I was interested in getting involved in Edukaid as soon as I learn about the charity and met Tim Varney. The fact they are so passionate about creating a long term solution to the educational needs of the children in and around Mikindani was very important to me. I wanted to fundraise and see the direct results of the money which is exactly what happens with each donation. It seemed an obvious challenge to climb Kilimanjaro as it is in Tanzania and I thought it would raise a good chunk of money. Between two of us we raised £10k which went almost entirely to renovating one school. Since then, a 10k run and the latest 50 days of 5ks (running, swimming or cycling 5k every day for 50 days) have kept me close to the charity and added a bit more money. In the meantime I will think of the next big challenge to really make a difference. I love the charity as its size means as a fundraiser you feel extremely involved and that your help is really making a difference ~ Becky Cole
